Sourced from first flush spring (2025) harvest in Kagoshima, Japan, this batch delivers vibrant freshness and exceptional quality. Kasumi is grown with care and free from chemical fertilizers and pesticides, reflecting the dedication of its producers to clean, sustainable cultivation.
It has a bold green colour with a smooth, sweet, and nutty profile that pairs effortlessly with milk, making it the perfect choice for elevated lattes, iced matcha drinks, or creative cafe applications.
200ml Latte Preparation
Dosage: 1.5 grams of Matcha per 100ml finished drink.
Whisk Method: Whisk 3 grams of sieved matcha into 40mls hot water (~70 degrees C), pour into a cup and top with steamed milk.
Milk Jug Method: Add 170mls of cold milk of your choice to jug, place 3 grams matcha powder on top, steam all together, pour through a sieve (optional) and serve.
