Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or special-order items may take longer — we’ll always let you know the expected timeframe.

Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer standard Australia Post shipping. Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Express options may be available for certain locations.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Packaging & Care
All items are packaged with care, using eco-friendly materials where possible. Fragile items are carefully wrapped to minimise the risk of damage.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us promptly. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within Australia. We may offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned!
