Amy
Amy Hawkes is the co-founder of The Mill Room Mercantile, a Perth-based shop celebrating thoughtfully made home goods. With a background in Photography, Film and Television, and Textile Design (Scout Textile), she brings a creative eye and love for detail to everything she curates. Amy is passionate about discovering unique finds and creating products and spaces that make everyday life a little more beautiful.

Rachel Taylor is the co-founder of The Mill Room Mercantile and also the bakery next door, Miller & Baker. With a data-driven mind and a creative eye, she’s passionate about curating products and experiences that are both thoughtful and purposeful. Rachel loves supporting her community and creating spaces where people feel inspired, connected, and at home.
