2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
We accept major credit cards, EFTPOS, and other payment methods as available in-store or online.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, though we’ll always honour the price you purchased at.
3. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Sale items and special orders are final.

4. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be used for any in-store purchase. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
5. Faulty or Damaged Goods
We take pride in the quality of our goods. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us promptly — we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy and will only collect or use personal information to process orders or communicate with you about our store. We will never share your details with third parties without your consent.
7. Liability
While we take great care in curating and presenting our products, The Mill Room Mercantile is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of products purchased from us.
