Returns & Exchanges
At The Mill Room Mercantile, we take great care in curating goods made to last — thoughtful pieces chosen for their craftsmanship, quality, and timeless appeal.
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right.
Returns
If you’d like to return an item, please get in touch within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
We’ll happily offer an exchange, store credit, or refund (excluding sale items and perishable goods).
Sale Items & Special Orders
Sale, discounted, and special order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
Faulty Items
We take quality seriously. If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
How to Return
Please email us at shopkeeper@millroommercantile.com or visit us in store with your item and receipt. For postal returns, postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
