Made by the renowned Acetaia Leonardi family in Modena, Vinocotto is a rich cooked grape must with deep caramel notes, gentle sweetness and a velvety finish. Traditionally used in Italian cooking, it adds depth and balance without the sharp acidity of vinegar.

Beautiful drizzled over roasted vegetables, grilled meats, aged cheese or fresh ricotta. It also works surprisingly well with desserts - try it over vanilla gelato, strawberries or poached pears.
