Kangaroo Larb

Nat’s Kangaroo Larb is an exploration of Thai-Australian identity, technique and cultural connection. Artist Lisa Nooin brings this story to life with her striking “stained glass” style – a signature separation of colours that transforms the dish into a vivid artwork.

Lisa has captured the dish in a dinner party scene; a beautifully set table, glasses of wine and candles adorned in ribbons (the artist's homage to the bows Nat wore in her hair during the MasterChef finale).
